Potato savory cake: the perfect recipe with puff pastry!

INGREDIENTS
Puff pastry roll
Boiled potatoes
Sausage
Grated white cheese
Beaten egg
Sesame seeds
Boiled potatoes
Sausage
Grated white cheese
Beaten egg
Sesame seeds
METHOD
- Add cooked sausage to the half of a puff pastry sheet. Top with slices of boiled potatoes and grated cheese.
- Fold to get a square. Seal the edges with a fork.
- Coat with beaten egg, add sesame seeds and make diagonal cuts in the pastry.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
