Puff pastry palmiers: the quick and easy fans to prepare!

How to make Palmiers, the easiest pastry treat ever!
 
INGREDIENTS
1 puff pastry sheet
Brown sugar
Sugar
Melted chocolate

METHOD
  1. Spread sugar and brown sugar all over the puff pastry sheet. Flip it over and repeat.
  2. Place a baking paper on top. Flatten.
  3. Roll up from one end.
  4. Cut through the center of the roll without reaching the bottom end. Make several cuts vertically, getting several drops.
  5. Place them on a baking tray.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F). Dip each palmine in melted chocolate.
