Savory pastry braid: quick, easy and delicious!

You only need a few ingredients to make a delicious dinner for the whole family!

INGREDIENTS
250g puff pastry
6 slices cheese
6 slices ham
1 egg

METHOD
  1. Place alternate slices of cheese and ham in the center of a piece of puff pastry. Make a cut on the top end and one on the bottom end.
  2. Make several cuts diagonally forming strips on the right side and the left side.
  3. Take a strip on the right side and place it on top of the ham and cheese slices, repeat the step on the left side, forming a braid.
  4. Place on an oven tray and brush with egg. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes.
