An original method to fry potatoes like never before!
INGREDIENTS

Potatoes
Potato starch
Egg white
Oil
METHOD
- Carefully grate a potato into fine slices
- Dry each potato slice with some kitchen paper.
- Sprinkle potato starch over half of the slices. Use a brush to remove the excess.
- In the other half of the slices, add egg white and place on top of the slices with potato starch. Use a circular cookie cutter to get a circle of each potato sandwich.
- Place each circle in a pot with boiling oil until it puffs up and turns golden brown.
