Balloon potato chips: swollen and light, make special every your appetizer!

An original method to fry potatoes like never before! 

INGREDIENTS
Potatoes
Potato starch
Egg white
Oil

METHOD
  1. Carefully grate a potato into fine slices
  2. Dry each potato slice with some kitchen paper.
  3. Sprinkle potato starch over half of the slices. Use a brush to remove the excess.
  4. In the other half of the slices, add egg white and place on top of the slices with potato starch. Use a circular cookie cutter to get a circle of each potato sandwich.
  5. Place each circle in a pot with boiling oil until it puffs up and turns golden brown.
