KFC style crispy chicken strips: the secret to make it at home!

These crispy fried chicken tenders are easy to make at home and every bit as delicious as your favorite restaurant. 

INGREDIENTS
 360g chicken tenders
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp paprika
 ½ tsp black pepper
 100 ml milk
 2 tbsp cornstarch
 3 tbsp flour
 
Coating:
 110g flour
 80g cornstarch
 Salt
 
METHOD
  1. Place the chicken tenders in a bowl.
  2. Add salt, pepper, milk, cornstarch, flour, and mix.
  3. Mix cornstarch and flour in another bowl. Place each chicken tender in the flour mixture and coat well. Return to the bowl with the liquid mixture and coat again with the flour mixture.
  4. Fry until golden brown.
