Chicken and cheese skewers: cheesy and yummy, ready in the pan!

So simple to prepare, this recipe is a keeper!

INGREDIENTS

Filling:

250 g chicken breast

250 g cheese

Coating:

240g flour

2 Eggs

240 ml milk

5g salt

Breadcrumbs

Skewers

METHOD

Cut the cheese and the chicken breast into squares.
Form skewers by sandwiching the cheese with the chicken.
Mix flour, egg, milk, and salt together. Pour the mixture into a deep glass. Dip the skewers in the mixture until completely covered.
Cover the skewer with breadcrumbs and fry.
