Ginger liqueur: serve it fresh to finish your dinner with friends in the best way!

INGREDIENTS
215ml alcohol 96%
180g sugar
225ml water
160g ginger

METHOD
1. Peel and cut the ginger into very small pieces. Place in a glass jar.
2. Fill with alcohol and let stand for 2 weeks.
3. Pour sugar into a pot of water. Cook for 6 minutes. Mix until dissolved. Let it cool.
4. Strain the ginger and pour the liquid into the sugar syrup. Mix well.
5. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve.
