Battered stuffed mushrooms: an original and rich in taste dish!

INGREDIENTS
125g flour
120ml milk
2 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 egg
Skewer
Mushrooms
Block cheese
Vegetable oil

METHOD
1. With an apple core cutter, cut the stalk and a part of the mushroom. Use the same tool to cut the cheese.
2. Place the cylinder of cheese in the hole made in the mushroom.
3. Mix flour, milk, baking powder, salt, and egg.
4. Fit a skewer to the mushroom with cheese. Coat the mushrooms in the flour mixture and fry.
