Potato omelette: ready in just 20 minutes!

INGREDIENTS
Potatoes
Eggs
Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Butter

METHOD
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
- Spread butter in a pan and place the potatoes in order. Add salt and pepper. Add a little water and cook for 20 minutes until the potato is cooked.
- Beat four eggs, add salt, and pepper and pour over the potatoes. Let cook.
- Grate cheese and sprinkle on top of the omelet, cover until melted.
