3 ingredients no-bake cake: ready in a few minutes!

Here's how to make a delicious chocolate cake with 3 ingredients!

INGREDIENTS

28 chocolate cream sandwich cookies
1 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder

Hazelnut cream

METHOD

Remove the cream filling from the sandwich cookies. Put the cookies in a blender, add baking powder, milk and blend well. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ºC (356ºF).
Put the cream filling onto a piece of cling film. Use a rolling pin to flatten it out. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Let the cake cool, then cut in half.
Place the cream filling on top of one piece of the cake, and the other piece on top. Spread over some hazelnut cream and refrigerate. Cut into squares to serve.
