Pudding pie: the recipe to make a delicious dessert

So creamy on the inside! Preparing it is super easy!
INGREDIENTS
Syrup:
• 250g sugar
• 170ml water
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• Juice of half a lemon

Filling:
• 700ml milk
• 100g sugar
• 60g starch
• 60g semolina flour
• 4 eggs
• 50g butter
• Lemon zest or vanilla essence

METHOD
- Pour milk into a saucepan over low heat, add sugar, semolina, starch and mix. Add vanilla and butter, and mix until it thickens. Add zest and lemon juice.
- Place a puff pastry sheet on a baking sheet. Pour the mixture on top and spread over the entire tray. Place another sheet of puff pastry on top. Make slight diagonal cuts into the top.
- Spread egg yolk over the puff pastry top. Bake for 35 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
- Pour water, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice in a pot and heat until you get a syrup. Pour the syrup over the cooked pie.
