3 delicious recipes with hazelnut cream!

1) Two flavor crepes
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
100g sugar
100ml vegetable oil
150g flour
160g milk
40g cocoa powder

METHOD
1. Beat together the eggs and the sugar. Add the milk, oil and flour.
2. The batter should be thick.
3. Divide the batter and add some cocoa powder in 1/2 of it.
4. Pour a spoonful of each batter into the pan.
5. Cook for 5 minutes, then pour hazelnut spread over it.

2) Dorayaki with hazelnut cream
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
50g sugar
100g flour
60ml water
baking powder
20g honey
METHOD
1. Mix eggs with sugar, then add honey, baking powder and flour.
2. Whisk until batter becomes smooth.
3. At medium low heat, drop 1/8 of a cup of batter onto the pan, like a pancake. Cook about 2 minutes until the surface of the pancake has a lot of bubbles and the edges become dry.
4. Flip over and cook 1 more minute.
5. Stuff with hazelnut cream.

INGREDIENTS
puff pastry
vegetable oil
dark chocolate
chopped hazelnuts
METHOD
1. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into circles.
2. Join three circles together using water to help them stick together.
3. Make a hole in the center of each to get the donut’s shape.
4. Freeze them for 15 minutes.
5. Deep fry until golden brown.
6. Dry off the excess oil and dip the donuts into dark chocolate.
7. Top with chopped hazelnuts.
