Cannoli crepes: we bet you’ve never tried making them like this!

Roll up the crepes in a pan to make one of the tastiest desserts ever!
INGREDIENTS

200g flour
100g butter
100ml milk

Hazelnut cream
150g sugar
Vanilla sugar
Salt

METHOD
- Beat the eggs with sugar and salt,
- Add milk, butter and mix again.
- Add the flour little by little and mix very well.
- Pour the mixture into a pan and spread to obtain a thin layer.
- Cook on both sides and roll when hot.
- Fill with hazelnut cream.
