Cannoli crepes: we bet you’ve never tried making them like this!

Roll up the crepes in a pan to make one of the tastiest desserts ever!

INGREDIENTS
 200g flour
100g butter
100ml milk
Hazelnut cream
150g sugar
Vanilla sugar
Salt
3 eggs
 
METHOD
  1. Beat the eggs with sugar and salt,
  2. Add milk, butter and mix again.
  3. Add the flour little by little and mix very well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a pan and spread to obtain a thin layer.
  5. Cook on both sides and roll when hot.
  6. Fill with hazelnut cream.
