A healthy, tasty and unique way to cook eggs!
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
salt
pepper

DIRECTIONS
1. Separate the yolk from the egg whites. Beat the egg whites to firm peaks.
2. Make two circles with the egg white, place the egg yolk in the center.
