1 piadina
Tomato
Salt
Oil
 
METHOD
  1. Beat the eggs. Cut tomato slices.
  2. Grease a pan with oil.
  3. Pour the eggs.
  4. Place the piadina on top and turn the piadina.
  5. Fill with the tomato slices, fold and finish cooking
