Zucchini and carrots fritters: you won't be able to stop at one!

Easy to make and perfect for a quick dinner.
 
INGREDIENTS
• 2 zucchini
• 2 carrots
• 1 onion
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp Turmeric powder
• ¼ cup flour
• 1 egg
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the ends of the zucchini and grate.
  2. Do the same with the carrot and onion.
  3. Add salt, pepper and turmeric powder. Mix well.
  4. Add flour and an egg and mix.
  5. Make small discs and place in hot oil until golden brown.
