Chocolate cake: how to make it fluffy and moist!

Pour the batter over the glasses to make the most amazing cake ever!
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
½ cup sugar
½ cup oil
6 small glasses
200g flour
100g cocoa
1 packet baking powder
1 cup milk
Custard
Hazelnut cream
Pistachio grains.
½ cup oil

METHOD
- Mix flour with cocoa, baking powder, sugar and mix. Add the eggs, the milk, the oil and mix again.
- Place 6 small glasses in a rectangular tray.
Add oil along the glasses. - Pour the mixture into the tray around the glasses.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
- Remove the glasses and cut small squares around the hole of the glass. Fill the gaps with hazelnut cream or custard.
- Sprinkle over pistachio grains
