Veggie omelet: fluffy, easy and delicious!

Here're some directions to make the most perfect, fluffy omelet, stuffed with delicious vegetables!
INGREDIENTS
Onion
Carrots
Green pepper
Tomato sauce
3 eggs
Black sesame
Flour
Soy sauce
Salt and pepper
Carrots

Tomato sauce
3 eggs
Black sesame
Flour
Soy sauce
Salt and pepper
METHOD
- Cut onion, carrot and green pepper pieces.
- Place in a bowl with water and let stand.
- Cut the vegetables again, this time very thinly. Add 3 eggs and mix well. Add 2 cups of flour and mix again. Add soy sauce, salt, pepper and mix again.
- Place the mixture in a very hot pan with a little oil.
- Cover and let cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Add black sesame and flip the omelet.
- Cover and let cook for another 10 minutes.
