Shrimp fried rice: one of the most loved meal ever!

This recipe is a 30-minute meal so easy adn delicious and your family can't get enough of it!

INGREDIENTS

- uncooked shrimp

- 1 tsp cornstarch

- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1/4 tsp black pepper

- 3 tbsp oil

- 4 eggs

- 1/4 cup green onion

- 5 rice

- 1 1/2 cups frozen carrots and peas

- 3 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 and 1/2 tsp sesame oil

METHOD

In a bowl, mix the shrimp, cornstarch, salt and pepper.
Let marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Swirl in cooking oil and add shrimp.
Cook 1 minute per side. Add beaten eggs to the same skillet.
Break up the eggs with a spatula. Remove to a bowl. Add oil and onion. Stir in rice then spread it evenly over the pan and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
Drizzle soy sauce over rice and stir well. Add sesame oil and vegetables and mix. Add cooked shrimp and cooked eggs back to the pan and mix again.
