Meat skewers on a stick: a fun treat for a delicious snack!

INGREDIENTS

• Mozzarella pearls
• Cherry tomatoes
• Red onion
• 500g mincemeat
• Puff pastry
• Egg
• Rosemary
METHOD
- Place a cherry tomato and a mozzarella pearl on a skewer. Repeat the step.
- Mix minced meat with red onion, salt and pepper.
- Wrap the tomato and cheese skewer with the minced meat mixture and place it on a baking sheet.
- Cut several strips of puff pastry and use them to wrap the meat skewer.
- Brush the skewers with beaten egg and sprinkle over some rosemary.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 190ºC (374ºF).
