Meat skewers on a stick: a fun treat for a delicious snack!

Ready in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
• Mozzarella pearls
• Cherry tomatoes
• Red onion
• 500g mincemeat
• Puff pastry
• Egg
• Rosemary
 
METHOD
  1. Place a cherry tomato and a mozzarella pearl on a skewer. Repeat the step.
  2. Mix minced meat with red onion, salt and pepper.
  3. Wrap the tomato and cheese skewer with the minced meat mixture and place it on a baking sheet.
  4. Cut several strips of puff pastry and use them to wrap the meat skewer.
  5. Brush the skewers with beaten egg and sprinkle over some rosemary.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 190ºC (374ºF).
