Corn dog muffin: this is an absolute must!

Quick and easy, everyone will love this savory treat!

1 Muffin

INGREDIENTS

• Sausage

• Pizza dough

• Egg

• Muffin tray

METHOD

Cut the ends of two sausages then into three equal parts.
Flatten a pizza dough ball, use a small glass to cut the center of the dough.
Put a sausage in the hole and place in a muffin tray.
Brush egg all over the dough and bake at 180ºC (356ºF) for 15 minutes.

2. Squares

INGREDIENTS

• Potatoes

• Parmesan cheese

• Flour

• Oregano

• Salt and pepper

• Sausage

METHOD

Boil potatoes and peel them.
Grate them in a bowl, add grated Parmesan, salt, pepper and oregano.
Cut the sausages into small equal pieces.
Grab some potato mixture and wrap the sausage to form a small square.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
