Crispy potato roses: the most beautiful thing you can make with a potato!

These gorgeous potato roses add a touch of glamour to any plate. Simple, but impressive!

INGREDIENTS

• Potatoes

• Toothpick

• Cucumber

• Vegetable oil

METHOD

Cut very thin slices of potato.
Place a row of potatoes overlapping a little.
Roll up forming a flower. Use some toothpicks to keep the flower shape.
Fry the potatoes, then remove the toothpick.
Cut thin slices diagonally of a cucumber.
Cut a line at one end.
Folder over the two cut parts and use a toothpick to form the leaf of a flower. Place the potato flower
on top of the cucumber bouquet.
