Stuffed braided puff pastry: ready in 20 minutes!

Perfect for a tasty appetizer or a quick dinner!
INGREDIENTS:

2 potatoes
50ml heavy cream
Parsley
Corn
Salt
Pepper
Puff pastry
Bacon
Cheese
Egg wash
METHOD:
- Boil potatoes and crush them in a bowl with a fork.
- Add 50ml of heavy cream and mix it. Then add some parsley, corn, salt and pepper. Mix it all together.
- Take a puff pastry and cut a rectangle inside. Then cut strips from that rectangle.
- Grease a sides of new puff pastry with an egg wash.
- Put the cuted part part of pastry on the new one. Add potato cream inside. Then add some cheese on it.
- Then put bacon strips vertically and start adding puff pastry strips into it creating a checkerboard pattern.
- Give a final touch of egg wash and bake 230°C 20min.
