Stuffed braided puff pastry: ready in 20 minutes!

Perfect for a tasty appetizer or a quick dinner!

INGREDIENTS:
2 potatoes
50ml heavy cream
Parsley
Corn
Salt
Pepper
Puff pastry
Bacon
Cheese
Egg wash
 

METHOD:
  1. Boil potatoes and crush them in a bowl with a fork.
  2. Add 50ml of heavy cream and mix it. Then add some parsley, corn, salt and pepper. Mix it all together.
  3. Take a puff pastry and cut a rectangle inside. Then cut strips from that rectangle.
  4. Grease a sides of new puff pastry with an egg wash.
  5. Put the cuted part part of pastry on the new one. Add potato cream inside. Then add some cheese on it.
  6. Then put bacon strips vertically and start adding puff pastry strips into it creating a checkerboard pattern.
  7. Give a final touch of egg wash and bake 230°C 20min.
