Insert a toothpick into the mushroom: the easy tip to make them special

If you want to prepare a delicious fried mushroom, try this method.
Ingredients:
1 kg of mushroom
2 cups of flour
2 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of salt
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp of red pepper
1/2 cup of shredded cheese
Water
Oil to fry
 
Directions:
In a bowl put the flour, baking soda, pepper, garlic, salt and water. Mix very very until creamy and add cheese.
Insert the toothpicks into the mushrooms, then put them into the batter and fry.
