French toast rolls: easy to make and fun to eat

These delicious french toast roll ups are a creative breakfast treat for any day of the week!
INGREDIENTS

• Strawberries
• 3 tbsp Icing sugar
• Sliced bread
• 225 g Cream cheese
• ¼ cup icing sugar
• Egg
• Milk
• Butter
• 3 tbsp Icing sugar
• Sliced bread
• 225 g Cream cheese
• ¼ cup icing sugar
• Egg
• Milk
• Butter
METHOD
Cut several strawberries into squares, add icing sugar and mix.
With a rolling pin, flatten a slice of sliced bread and cut the edges off.
Mix cream cheese and icing sugar and spread on the flattened bread slice at both ends.
Fill with strawberries and roll.
Mix two eggs and milk in a bowl and dip the rolled bread in it.
Melt butter in a frying pan and cook the rolls.
Sprinkle icing sugar over to serve.
