METHOD

Cut tomato into 4 wedges. Cut the pulp slightly.
Make a cut without reaching the bottom, dividing the tomato in two vertically. Make a small cut at the bottom end between the skin and the pulp.
Open the tomato carefully and it is shaped like a butterfly.

Rocket salad

METHOD

Make small petal-shaped cuts in a tomato, without going all the way to the pulp. Repeat the step inside the previous cut.
Carefully open the petals and form a flower.
