INGREDIENTS
 1 egg
 125 g butter
 110ml (½ cup) of oil
 1 tsp vanilla
 1 tsp baking powder
 300 g flour
 60g (½ cup) icing sugar
 2 tsp cinnamon
 
METHOD
  1. Mix room temperature butter with egg, vanilla, and oil. Add flour and mix again.
  2. Keep mixing with your hands.
  3. Shape into small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 ° C (356 ° F).
