Zucchini cordon bleu: a tasty recipe ready in no-time!

This is the perfect dinner idea for the whole family!

INGREDIENTS
 1 medium zucchini
 Sliced ham
 Sliced cheese
 2 eggs
 Flour
 Breadcrumbs
 Salt
 Oil for frying

METHOD
  1. Cut the ends off the zucchini, cut in two halves and slice vertically.
  2. Place a slice of ham and cheese on each slice, then place another slice of zucchini on top.
  3. Coat each slice with flour. Beat 2 eggs and coat the zucchini in the egg. Finally, cover with breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown.
