How to make calamari puttanesca

Ingredients:
For 10 people
1.2 kg  fresh squid
1.2 kg datterino tomatoes
1 glass extra virgin olive oil
1 bowl black olives
capers
Garlic and chilli
Basil and parsley
salt
 
Directions:
In a pot (earthenware would be perfect) fry garlic and pepper and then add the squid. Once cooked, remove them and prepare the sauce. Add the olives, capers and tomatoes and finally the calamari. Combine and add basil and parsley.
