How to make bacon egg cups

25g Butter,
6 slices Bread,
100g Cheddar Cheese,
6 Egg,
6 bacon strips
Using 3-inch circle-shaped cookie cutter, cut thick slice of bread.
Grease the muffin tin.
Place bread on bottom. Roll bacon on edge. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and add an egg. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 170°C/340°F
