Meat and eggs cups: they are not only super easy to make, they are absolutely gorgeous!

These tasty and nutritious Egg Meat Muffins will give you a good reason to get out of bed!

INGREDIENTS

1 kg (2 pounds) minced meat (pork+beef);

½ cup milk;

2 slices sandwich bread;

1 small onion, chopped;

2 eggs;

5 garlic cloves, minced;

salt and pepper to taste;

100 g (3.5 oz) sour cream;

100 g (3.5 oz) cheese;

3 tbsp minced dill;

9 small eggs.

METHOD

Preheat oven to 200C/400F.
Pour milk over bread and set aside for a minute, then squeeze some milk out (not all of it)
and add the bread into minced meat.
Add onion, garlic, one egg and a generous amount of salt and pepper.
Separately whisk sour cream, one egg, cheese, dill, salt, and pepper to make the filling.
Roll minced meat mixture into 9 balls and form each one into a basket with borders high enough to hold all the filling and an extra egg.
Add around ½ tbsp of cheese mixture in, top with an egg and bake for 40 minutes.
