Pumpkin pie

INGREDIENTS:
150g flour
30g sugar
30g cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
110g butter
 1/2 tsp baking soda
 1 egg
 100g dark chocolate

Ingredients for the cream:
  400g pumpkin puree
  160g cane sugar
  130g ricotta cheese
  3 eggs
  1/2 tsp cinnamon
  1/2 tsp ginger
  1 pinch nutmeg

METHOD:
1. In a large bowl mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and cinnamon.Add softened butter, egg and a pinch of baking soda. Mix until combine.
2.Chill for 30 minutes
3.Roll the dough and place it in a baking form, chill for 30 min
4.Cover with baking paper and place pie weights into the shell
5.Bake at 180C/350F for 10 min
6.Put dark chocolate on the hot baking tart. With the heat of the hot baked tart, the chocolate will melt.
7.Combine pumpkin puree with sugar, ricotta cheese, eggs and spices. 8.Pour cream on the tart.
9.Bake at 180C/350F for 40 min

Let the pumpkin chocolate tart cool. Once cool, decorate with a spider web and little spider with melted chocolate.
