Pumpkin pancakes: easy to make with everyday ingredients!

Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp walnuts

Instructions
Add all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Heat the pan on the medium heat and use a 1/4 cup of batter for 1 pancake. Cook for 1-2 minutes, flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
