How to make bread in 5 minutes

Here's how to make bread in only 5 minutes, without kneading it with your hands or using a bread machine.BREAD IN 5 MINUTES
without a bread machine - your hands won't get dirty
Here's what you need:
500g flour
280g water
25g yeast
1tsp rock salt
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
Tools:
scale
jar with lid
plus the usual kitchen stuff
This method comes from a study, nothing is left to chance
Weigh 500g of flour
Weigh 280g of lukewarm water (300g if you're using active dry yeast)
Add 1 tsp of salt (or even less or no salt at all according to your preferences)
Add 2 tsp of sugar, it promotes leavening
divide the cube of yeast into 4 parts to facilitate dissolution and add it to the water
Close the jar and shake for 1 minute (or until it has dissolved)
Pour over the flour and add 1 tbsp of oil (or even 2)
Mix with a wooden spoon for two minutes - the mixture becomes compact
Pour in a non-stick baking pan, smooth and put in the middle of the oven - don't preheat
After 5 minutes the job is done - Not bad for your first time!
Leave in the COLD oven not less than 2 1/2 hours or even overnight
The dough leavens and rises
Switch on the oven at maximum temperature - the oven door has never been open
Your bread is baked in 30 minutes - check the color
Retire from baking pan and place it on the grill
Cut it in half and let it cool in the open oven
Your bread will be good even after 3 days - this is a really cheap method! Don't tell your baker!
