How to make eggshell calcium powder

Eggshells are not totally useless as they seem. Instead, before you throw them out, it’s good to know that they are made up of calcium carbonate: each eggshell contains roughly 750-800 mg of calcium, the most important mineral for the human body. It is important not only for bone health, but also for nerves, muscles and the health of enzymes. According to the National Institute of Health, eggshell powder provides many great benefits to the human body: in addition to strengthening bones, it helps the body produce healthy cells, also reducing cholesterol and blood pressure! Boil for 10 to 15 minutes, then crush them in a coffee grinder or food processor to grind until they are pulverized into a granular form ready for use.
