Apple cake in a pan with 1 EGG and 1 APPLE ready in 15 minutes π

INGREDIENTS
15g (1 tbsp) of butter
30g (2 tbsp) of sugar
1 medium apple, cored and sliced
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
2g (Β½ tsp) of vanilla powder
90g (β cup) of sugar
80ml (β cup) of vegetable oil
80ml (β cup) of milk
120g (ΒΎ cup) of all-purpose flour
8g (1 ΒΎ tsp) of baking powder
Apricot jam, and chopped hazelnuts for serving
METHOD
1. Whisk egg with sugar, milk, and vegetable oil.
2. Separately combine flour with baking powder, salt, and vanilla.
3. Add dry ingredients to the liquids. Mix well.
4. Brush the pan with butter and sprinkle it with sugar. Layer apple slices on top.
5. Pour the batter on top of the apple slices and cover the pan with a lid. Place over low heat and cook for 10 minutes. Top with a piece of parchment and flip carefully. Cook on the other side for 3 minutes.
6. Brush the pie with apricot jam and sprinkle with hazelnut.
