Corn stick: the quick and appetizing side dish!

INGREDIENTS
Corn
Cornstarch
Salt
Paprika
Dry garlic
Lemon juice
Toothpick

METHOD
1. Peel a cob of corn.
2. Cut into 3 parts and each part in half.
3. Fit a toothpick into each row of corn and separate.
4. Place in hot salted water and let cook for 10 minutes.
5. Strain and place in a bowl.
6. Add cornstarch and pepper. Mix well.
7. Place the skewers in hot oil and fry for 5 minutes.
8. Remove from the oil. Add paprika, dry garlic and lemon juice.
9. Mix very well.
