French toast crème brulée: the fantastic recipe for a delicious snack!

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp yogurt
2 egg yolks
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp sugar
Brioche bread

METHOD
1. Mix yogurt, egg yolk, vanilla, and sugar in a bowl.
2. Flatten the middle of a slice of brioche bread.
3. Pour the yogurt mixture into the center and bake for 8 minutes in the air fryer at 180ºC (356ºF).
4. Sprinkle sugar on top of each loaf and caramelize.
