Bread and mozzarella skewers: a delicious appetizer that everyone will love

INGREDIENTS

Slice bread

Fresh mozzarella

Cherry tomatoes

Basil

Eggs

Flour

Breadcrumbs

Vegetable oil

Skewer

METHOD

Cut fresh mozzarella cheese into slices. Cut a slice of bread in 4.
Place a slice of mozzarella on top of a quarter of the sliced bread, place another piece of bread on top and press down.
Cover with flour, dip well in a beaten egg, and cover with breadcrumbs. Fry.
Put a square on a skewer, followed by half a cherry tomato, and a basil leaf, and repeat until you have a skewer with 3 squares.
