Apple puff pastry pockets: a delicious treat ready in no-time

INGREDIENTS

1 puff pastry roll

1 apple

3 tbsp brown sugar

cinnamon powder

1 egg yolk

Powdered sugar

METHOD

Cut a sheet of puff pastry into several circles. Mix
brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Peel and cut an apple into wedges.
Coat each apple wedge with the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place each segment in a circle of puff pastry.
Fold and close, sealing the edges with a fork.
Brush with beaten egg and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F). Decorate with powdered sugar.
