Parchment paper chestnuts: the secret to make them perfect!

INGREDIENTS
Chestnuts
Parchment paper
Baking tray
Warm water

METHOD
  1. Place many chestnuts in a bowl, pour warm water until covered. Let stand an hour.
  2. Make a slight cut in each one. Put them all in a pot. Soak a piece of parchment paper, squeeze, and place on top of the chestnuts.
  3. Let cook for 25 minutes repeating the soaked parchment paper step.
