How to make an everyday pan non-stick

Very often we find ourselves forced not to use certain pan because all the food sticks to it.
Let's see a very simple method to make them non-stick.
You'll need:
salt
Waterfall
Kitchen towel or paper towel
Directions:
1. First, pour a lot of salt into the pan.
2. Heat and cook for a few minutes.
3. Remove the salt and wet the pan.
4. Dry it and use it to cook whatever you want.
