In oil grilled pumpkin: the side dish perfect for your autumn dinners!

INGREDIENTS
Pumpkin
Garlic
Parsley
Chili pepper
Salt
Oil
METHOD
- Cut several thin slices of pumpkin and cook them on a grill until golden brown. Chop garlic and parsley. Add cayenne, salt, olive oil, and mix.
- Pour a tablespoon of the garlic mixture on a tray, add a lot of olive oil.
- Place some pumpkin slices and gradually add more garlic and parsley mixture, repeat until the mixture and the pumpkin slices are finished.
- Fill with olive oil until all the pumpkin is covered. Cover and let stand for 24 hours. Serve with bread.
