Small fried brioches: very soft and fragrant!

This method is just incredible! How to make amazing brioche in no time!

INGREDIENTS
20g baking powder
500g flour
Egg
250ml water
Oil

METHOD
  1. Mix flour, baking powder, egg, and water very well until you get a dough. Let stand for 30 minutes
  2. Flatten into a rectangle. Cut into several blocks. With a chopstick form a line in the middle of each block, place one on top of the over, and use a chopstick to press down. You can also add sesame seeds to the edge.
  3. Fry until golden brown.
