Battered zucchini: crunchy and tasty!

This is the perfect dish for any occasion!

INGREDIENTS
2 zucchini
2 eggs
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
80g flour
Salt
Vegetable oil
Fresh parsley

METHOD
  1. Pour the eggs into a bowl, add flour, Parmesan cheese and mix. Add finely chopped parsley and mix again.
  2. Cut the zucchini into thin slices. Cover them with kitchen paper and squeeze to remove excess liquid.
  3. Put the slices into the flour mixture and cover well.
  4. Fry each slice until golden brown and serve with a little bread.
