Homemade baguette: crunchy and fragrant!

You only need a few ingredients to make delicious bread at home!

INGREDIENTS

600g flour

340ml water

30ml oil

7g yeast

5g salt

METHOD

Add the water to the bowl with the flour. Add the oil, yeast and salt.
Mix very well until you get a ball.
Grease a bowl, place the ball of dough in the bowl, cover with cling film, and let it rest for 2 hours.
Massage the dough, divide it into 3 pieces and form 3 baguettes. Place on a baking sheet, cover with a kitchen cloth and let stand for 20 minutes.
Make 3 slices in each baguette, splash some water over, and sprinkle flour on each one. Bake for 30 minutes at 200º C (392ºF).
