Peach liqueur: aromatic and easy to make at home!

Quicks and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS
1 Peach
3 Peach stones
1 Open peach stone
2 cloves
300ml of 95 ° alcohol
125g sugar
65ml water

METHOD
  1. Peel and cut the peaches into small pieces. Place them in a glass jar with the stone.
  2. Add two more stones, and open one of them. Add cloves and fill with alcohol.
  3. Let stand for up to 40 days.
  4. Add sugar to a pot then water and stir. Bring to a boil.
  5. Uncover the jar with the peach, strain the liquid and add the syrup. Pour it into a jar and let it sit for two more days. Serve cold.
