Fruit roll-ups: how to make a delicious snack in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
Strawberries
Blueberries
Raspberries
1 tbsp honey

METHOD
  1. Pour strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries into the blender. Add honey and blend very well.
  2. Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread to achieve a thin, even layer.
  3. Bake at 104ºC (220ºF) for 3 hours. Cut into strips.
  4. Carefully peel the caramel off the parchment paper.
