Homemade basil liqueur: how to make it in a few steps!

The recipe for making an excellent digestive|
 
Ingredients:
 
  • 5 g basil leaves
  • 1l of water
  • Lemon peel
  • ½ l 95º alcohol
  •  400 gr sugar.
 
Method:
 
 
  1. Place several basil leaves on kitchen paper until dry.
  2. Place the leaves in a glass jar, add lemon peel, 95º alcohol, then cover and let it rest for 3 days.
  3. Pour sugar and water into a pan and bring to a boil. Place in a bowl.
  4. Remove the basil leaves and lemon peel from the jar. Strain the alcohol liquid and mix with the sugar water.
  5. Pour the green liquid into a bottle. Serve cold.
