Omelette tomatoes: a fun idea to try with your kids!

Easy and super delicious, your kids will love this recipe! 
 
INGREDIENTS
4 tomatoes
4 eggs
Grated mozzarella
Salt
Oregano
Seasoning
 
METHOD
  1. Cut off the top of a large tomato. Carefully cut out the pulp and remove it. Add an egg, salt and seasoning in each tomato and mix. Add grated cheese to each tomato. Place the top of the tomato on top and secure it with chopsticks.
  2. Put the tomatoes on a baking sheet with kitchen paper and bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
